Fees: All shipping is free. No delivery charges apply, regardless of order size or location.

Delivery time: Orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days of dispatch. This is an estimate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Delayed delivery: If your order hasn't arrived within 3 business days of dispatch, email hello@e3mofficial.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier. If the delay isn't resolved within 7 business days of dispatch, you can request a replacement or a full refund.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships.
