Built by two people who never stopped moving

E3M started with Sam and Meenie, two people from opposite sides of the world who ended up in the same gym, chasing the same problem.

Meenie is Thai. She lived in the UK, then Australia, before coming home to Thailand. Fitness was never a phase for her. From the time she was a kid, staying active has just been part of who she is.

Sam is from the UK. He moved to Thailand in 2017. As a kid it was skateboarding, boxing, football, always something. Then life got in the way, and for close to nine years his health dropped down the priority list. About seven years ago he decided to change that. What he found surprised him: training consistently didn't just change his body, it changed his mood, his focus, and how he showed up every day.

That's the thread that connects them. Not a business plan first, a shared belief that feeling good physically changes everything else.

The problem we kept running into

Once E3M started training seriously in Thailand, they hit the same wall over and over: the pre workout options here weren't good enough.

Local brands were cheap but the ingredient lists raised more questions than they answered. Imported brands were solid but expensive, and shipped in from countries with a very different climate to Thailand's heat and humidity. And almost all of them shared the same flaw: too much caffeine, and formulas that left the average person feeling jittery and on edge rather than simply ready to train.

None of that matched what training in Thailand actually feels like.

Why we built E3M

We built E3M to close that gap. A pre workout manufactured in Thailand, formulated for people training in genuinely hot, tropical conditions, without relying on a wall of stimulants to get the job done.

Clean ingredients. Transparent formulas. A product built for how it feels to train here, not how it feels to train somewhere else.

E3M exists because we wanted the pre workout we couldn't find. Now it's yours too.
